Skin Serviss Policies and Etiquette
I am committed to providing only the best and safest service to my guests, therefore every new client will be required to complete an intake form to let me know about any medical conditions and medications used. Not sure if you can get a treatment? Call, text or e-mail and I will gladly answer all questions.
New clients will need to come 5-10 minutes before your appointment to fill out paperwork. If you are running late, I will try and accommodate you if time permits. If I am booked with another guest right after, unfortunately, your appointment will be adjusted for the time lost or rescheduled for another time.
I add an additional $45 service fee for bookings on scheduled days off. These appointments must be booked in advance if available.
I ask all waxing guests to be a few minutes early for ALL waxing services as some of those are only 15 minutes long and even 5 minutes of lateness can possibly cut into another guest’s time.
I accept all major credit cards, venmo, zelle. I do require a valid credit card or gift card to hold the booking time when making an appointment. I have a strict cancellation/reschedule policy. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24hrs of appointment time will be charged 50% the price of service. Same day cancel/reschedule and all no-show appointments will be charged 100% the price of service.
All personal information will be kept under the strictest confidence. All credit card information is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant.
I require anyone under 18 have a consent form filled out by a parent or guardian before receiving any services.
Retail products returned with original receipt and reasonable explanation will be taken back and credit towards any spa services or products will be issued for that amount.
Gratuities are not included in any of the services and are at your discretion.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Skin Serviss reserves the right to refuse services to anyone at my discretion.
